  1. Ao submeter o seu trabalho aceita que as imagens possam ser  utilizadas pelo portal Living Statues Masters para fins promocionais.
  2. Todos os trabalhos submetidos terão que ser da autoria dos candidatos e nunca de terceiros.
  3. Todos os trabalhos submetidos serão sujeitos uma aprovação prévia por parte do colectivo Living Statues Masters.
  4. No caso de o seu trabalho não ser aceite, não haverá lugar a qualquer cobrança.
  5. A votação será feita pelos internautas em geral e pelos colegas de arte.
  6. Os dez trabalhos mais votados serão convidados a participar no Festival Living Statues Masters, em data a anunciar.
  7. No festival Living Statues Masters, um júri escolherá as três melhores estátuas que receberão respectivamente os troféus, Pedestal de ouro, Pedestal de prata e Pedestal de Bronze.
